International Shipping
Direct Link Service
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-20 business days, depending on the destination, as provided by the shipping provider.

- Service: Tracked to the customer’s door.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and sent to the warehouse automatically in the morning, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and sent on the next business working day.
Competitive Shipping Costs
- Our shipping costs are more competitive compared to our competitors due to our weight band pricing. Instead of charging per magazine, we charge per weight band, allowing customers to get the most affordable rate while being able to purchase more magazines for the same amount of shipping costs.
- For example, depending on the weight and destination, you could buy 4-10 magazines and pay the same postage as for 2 magazines, making our rates highly cost-effective.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please note that the legal 14-day cooling-off period for cancellations does not apply to periodicals or magazines due to their specific nature.
